Rick was a delight to work with in selling our home. He had managed the rental for us for several years prior to selling and did a great job taking care of collecting the rent, getting small repairs done and/or anything else that came up. He knows the real estate market well as this has been his primary profession for many years; we've used "part time" realtors in the past to market properties. Buyers and sellers need an agent that is on the job twenty-four/seven and that's Rick. He answers his cell any time you call and gets back to you right away if he isn't immediately available. We would highly recommend him!

When you work with Rick its more than just working with a realtor. Rick takes the time to really get to know you as more then just a customer buying or selling a house. He becomes part of your family and has your best interests in what he does. He's always a step ahead of what's going on with the market. He truly goes beyond what any realtor would do and he does it with such big heart. Doesn't matter what time of the day it is if he says I will get you the answer he will and call you back.
